By booking a tour package with Abroad Vibe Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the reservation. Full payment must be completed before the trip begins.
2. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country.
3. Pricing
Package prices may vary depending on availability, season, and currency fluctuations.
4. Itinerary Changes
Abroad Vibe Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or local circumstances.
5. Liability
Abroad Vibe Travel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
6. Personal Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, travel insurance, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.

Terms & Conditions – Abroad Vibe Travel (नियम और शर्तें)
Abroad Vibe Travel के साथ टूर पैकेज बुक करने पर आप निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।
1. Booking & Payments (बुकिंग और भुगतान)
सभी बुकिंग की पुष्टि के लिए एडवांस भुगतान आवश्यक है। यात्रा शुरू होने से पहले पूरी राशि का भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है।
2. Travel Documents (यात्रा दस्तावेज़)
यात्रियों की जिम्मेदारी है कि उनके पासपोर्ट, वीज़ा और अन्य आवश्यक यात्रा दस्तावेज़ वैध हों और गंतव्य देश की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हों।
3. Pricing (मूल्य निर्धारण)
टूर पैकेज की कीमत उपलब्धता, सीजन और मुद्रा विनिमय दर के अनुसार बदल सकती है।
4. Itinerary Changes (यात्रा कार्यक्रम में बदलाव)
मौसम की स्थिति, संचालन संबंधी कारणों या स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के कारण Abroad Vibe Travel आवश्यक होने पर यात्रा कार्यक्रम (Itinerary) में बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
5. Liability (जिम्मेदारी)
Abroad Vibe Travel यात्रियों और सेवा प्रदाताओं जैसे एयरलाइंस, होटल और टूर ऑपरेटर के बीच केवल एक मध्यस्थ के रूप में कार्य करता है।
6. Personal Responsibility (व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी)
यात्री अपने व्यक्तिगत सामान, ट्रैवल इंश्योरेंस और स्थानीय कानूनों व नियमों का पालन करने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
7. Force Majeure (अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियाँ)
प्राकृतिक आपदा, राजनीतिक अशांति, सरकारी प्रतिबंध या अन्य हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर की परिस्थितियों के कारण होने वाली देरी, रद्दीकरण या बदलाव के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
