Cancellation & Refund Policy – Abroad Vibe Travel
At Abroad Vibe Travel, we understand that travel plans may sometimes change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If a customer cancels the trip after confirmation, the following cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation:
- 30 days or more before departure: 20% cancellation charges
- 15–29 days before departure: 40% cancellation charges
- 7–14 days before departure: 60% cancellation charges
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges
3. Non-Refundable Components
Some travel components such as flights, visa fees, hotel bookings, or special activity tickets may be non-refundable depending on the supplier’s policy.
4. Cancellation by Abroad Vibe Travel
In rare situations where a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), customers will be offered an alternative travel date or travel credit.
5. Refund Process
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.
6. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to appear for the trip or misses the departure without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Abroad Vibe Travel (रद्दीकरण और रिफंड नीति)
Abroad Vibe Travel में हम समझते हैं कि कभी-कभी यात्रा योजनाओं में बदलाव हो सकता है। हमारी Cancellation और Refund Policy को ग्राहकों के लिए निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी बनाने के उद्देश्य से तैयार किया गया है।
1. Booking Confirmation (बुकिंग की पुष्टि)
सभी बुकिंग तभी कन्फर्म मानी जाएंगी जब आवश्यक एडवांस भुगतान प्राप्त हो जाएगा। शेष राशि यात्रा शुरू होने से पहले जमा करनी होगी।
2. Cancellation by Customer (ग्राहक द्वारा रद्द करना)
यदि ग्राहक बुकिंग कन्फर्म होने के बाद यात्रा रद्द करता है, तो रद्द करने के समय के अनुसार निम्नलिखित शुल्क लागू हो सकते हैं:
- यात्रा से 30 दिन या उससे अधिक पहले रद्द करने पर: 20% Cancellation Charges
- यात्रा से 15–29 दिन पहले रद्द करने पर: 40% Cancellation Charges
- यात्रा से 7–14 दिन पहले रद्द करने पर: 60% Cancellation Charges
- यात्रा से 7 दिन से कम समय पहले रद्द करने पर: 100% Cancellation Charges
3. Non-Refundable Components (नॉन-रिफंडेबल सेवाएँ)
कुछ सेवाएँ जैसे फ्लाइट टिकट, वीज़ा फीस, होटल बुकिंग या विशेष गतिविधियों के टिकट सप्लायर की नीति के अनुसार नॉन-रिफंडेबल हो सकते हैं।
4. Cancellation by Abroad Vibe Travel (कंपनी द्वारा रद्द करना)
कभी-कभी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों (जैसे प्राकृतिक आपदा, सरकारी प्रतिबंध आदि) के कारण यात्रा रद्द करनी पड़ सकती है। ऐसी स्थिति में ग्राहकों को वैकल्पिक यात्रा तिथि या ट्रैवल क्रेडिट प्रदान किया जा सकता है।
5. Refund Process (रिफंड प्रक्रिया)
यदि रिफंड लागू होता है, तो रद्दीकरण की पुष्टि के बाद 7–14 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर रिफंड प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी।
6. No-Show Policy (नो-शो नीति)
यदि कोई यात्री बिना पूर्व सूचना के यात्रा के लिए उपस्थित नहीं होता या प्रस्थान मिस कर देता है, तो इसे No-Show माना जाएगा और कोई रिफंड लागू नहीं होगा।
